Our founder
Dharma Kshetra Legal Chambers was founded by Sree Ramgopal Gaddam, an advocate who practises before the High Court for the State of Telangana and the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He started the chambers with a clear purpose: to make sound, honest legal help available to people who need it, and to serve society through the law.
His practice covers litigation and advice in civil, criminal, family, property and financial disputes, together with legal drafting for individuals and businesses. Alongside court work, he gives particular importance to resolving disputes by settlement wherever a fair settlement is possible, because a well-reasoned settlement often protects a client's interests better, and sooner, than years of litigation.

Our motto
Legal Wisdom. Moral Clarity. Legal wisdom means knowing the law thoroughly and applying it with judgement to the facts of each case. Moral clarity means being honest with clients about where they stand, including when the answer is not the one they hoped for, and never pursuing a course that is not right.
How we work
Ethical guidance. Advice is given on the merits of the matter. Clients are told the strengths and weaknesses of their position before any step is taken.
Clear reasoning. Every option, whether litigation, a legal notice, a settlement or doing nothing, is explained with the reasoning behind it, in Telugu, English or Hindi.
Settlement where it is fair. Disputes within families, between partners and over money or property are often best resolved by negotiation, mediation or the Lok Adalat. Where a settlement is not possible or not fair, the matter is taken to court and pursued thoroughly.
Prompt attention. Urgent matters such as arrests, notices with deadlines and bank recovery action are given priority, and clients are kept informed at every stage.
The name
Dharmakṣetre kurukṣetre, “on the field of dharma, on the field of the Kurus”, are the first words of the Bhagavad Gita. Dharma Kshetra, the field of righteousness, is a reminder that every legal matter is ultimately a question of what is right, and that it must be answered truthfully.

The chambers follows the Bar Council of India Rules on professional conduct. This website therefore contains no advertising claims, rankings, testimonials or promises about results, only information about the chambers, its founder and the law.
